Delete Your Keys Data

You can ask us to delete your Keys account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This applies however you signed up: with an email and password, or with Google, Apple or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@keys.app with the subject Delete my Keys account.
2. Send it from the email address on your Keys account, or include that address and the phone number on the account so we can find it.
3. If you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook, tell us which one.

We confirm by email when we receive your request and again when your data has been deleted, within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account and profile: name, email, phone number and photo.
• Your saved locations, vehicles and preferences.
• Your messages and notification settings.
• Anything we received from Google, Apple or Facebook when you signed in.

What we may keep

We may keep records we are required to keep by law, such as payment, invoice and tax records, and records needed to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also stop Facebook from sharing information with Keys. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose Keys and select Remove. This disconnects Facebook from Keys; to delete your Keys account as well, send the email above.
